  2. Prepare 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  3. Prepare of Marinate Rub.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Coriander seeds roasted.
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  7. You need 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 tsp of Garam masala.
  9. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of Kasuri methi.
  11. Prepare of Other Ingredients.
  12. It's as needed of Oil for frying.

Kerala Fish Fry instructions

  1. Clean the fish and make cuts on both the sides.
  2. Apply ginger garlic paste all over.
  3. Make the fish rub by mixing roasted coriander seeds,coriander powder,cumin powder,chillies powder,salt,Garam masala powder and kasuri methi and mix everything togther.
  4. Apply the fish rub on both the sides of the fish.
  5. Place in a foil and let it marinate for 1 hr.
  6. Heat oil in a big kadai and fry the fish on both the sides till crispy.
  7. Fry on slow flame so the masalas don't burn.
