Ingredients of Fried Cassava

  1. It's 2 of cassava roots, washed, peeled, cut and middle roots removed.
  2. It's 1 ltr of oil.
  3. You need to taste of Salt.
  4. It's of Masala.
  5. You need 1 of lemon.

Fried Cassava instructions

  1. Boil the cut cassava in salted water till tender and cooked.
  2. Drain the water.
  3. Put a deep frying pan on heat and add the oil.
  4. Let the oil heat up then add in the cassava in batches.
  5. Turn as they cook,till you achieve a golden color.
  6. Remove from heat, drain and put on plate.
  7. Next cut a piece of cassava at the middle but not through, sprinkle masala and squeeze lemon juice.
  8. Repeat for all pieces.
  9. Ready to be eaten.
