- Prepare 1 bunch of ◆ Spinach.
- Prepare 3 small of ◆ Potatoes.
- You need 1 of * Salt and pepper.

- You need 1/2 tbsp of *Ponzu.

- Wash the spinach and quickly cook in boiling water. Drain and squeeze out excess water (once it's cooled). Cut into 5 cm lengths..
- Cut the potatoes into large bite-sized pieces. Place in a heat-resistant container and cover in cling film. Microwave for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself!! Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper..
