- Prepare 2 of medium-sized cassava.
- It's 1/2 head of garlic.
- It's 1 cup of milk.
- It's 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare to taste of salt & pepper.

- Peel, clean, chop and boil the cassavas with a pinch of salt until really, really tender (until your fork can go through it without any force), and then de-vein..
- Meanwhile, roast garlic using aluminum foil for 25 minutes (I used a Dutch oven)..
- Add cassava, garlic, milk, butter, salt and pepper, and then mix..
- Serve with your favorite topping..
