You can have Ultimate Wrap using 17 ingredients and 17 steps. Here is how you cook that.
Ingredients of Ultimate Wrap
- It's 1 large of sweet onion.
- You need 3 cup of mushrooms.
- Prepare 1 of green pepper.
- You need 2 cup of mayonnaise.
- You need 2 large of Chicken breast.
- It's 2 of Sandwich steaks or Flank steak I use sandwich steak.
- You need 3 cup of ground beef.
- It's 6 of flour tortillas.
- Prepare 1 1/2 of cooking oil I use vegetable oil.
- It's 1/3 head of lettuce shreded lettuce will do.
- Prepare 1 of garlic powder.
- You need 1 of black pepper.
- You need 1 of steak seasoning.
- It's 36 of toothpicks.
- It's 1 of seasoning salt.
- It's 2 packages of sliced provolone cheese.
- Prepare 1 packages of mozzarella cheese I used brick but I'm sure shreded will work as well.
Ultimate Wrap instructions
- Chop onions and green pepper very fine there should be NO big chunks.set aside.
- Chop mushrooms not to small or fine set aside. Because they shrink in the cooking process. I like to see mine when I eat this. Set.aside.
- Chop lettuce finely set aside.
- Do not over cook the meats as they will be cooked a second and third time season the meats while they are in the skillet browning, don't over season because you are seasoning meat sperately and will bring the flavors together later you don't want this to become salty or overwhelming.
- Chop chicken brown it in a skillet with a little oil and season while cooking set aside once done.
- Chop steak brown in skillet and season while cooking set aside once done.
- Brown ground beef and season while cooking set aside once done.
- Once cool enough to touch, chop all the meats separately once again very fine there should be no large chunks.
- In a large bowl combine all choped ingredients and mix evenly.
- If you have a deep fryer great I use a large cooking pot, heat oil in the pot or fryer on high heat meanwhile prepare shells once hot turn the pot down to medium low heat.
- on a tortilla spread mayonnaise , add 2 slices of provolone cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- In the skillet heat 2 cups of chopped ingredients.
- Once chopped mixture is hot put it on the tortilla and add a slice of provolone and mozzarella I like mine cheesy.
- Make sure to turn your oil down you dont want it to burn.
- Wrap the prepared tortilla I tuck two ends in and roll closed. Add two tooth picks to top flap and two on the tucked ends unless you have a better way of keeping it closed.
- Once your tortilla is wrapped drop it in the hot oil (not LITERALLY lol) and cook.until golden Brown.
- Repeat process for a.total of 6 wraps or more. I say repeat because I cook my wraps one at a time but if you are good im sure you can do two or more at once. ENJOY tne FLAVOR OF ALL FLAVORS LOL.
