  7. On the greased idli plate press in circular motion, steam it for 10 mins..
  8. Once done remove on plate & allow it to cool in room temperature..
  9. Finally, serve it with vegetable stew or sweet coconut milk, it is typically served with coconut-based curry or vegetable stew.
