- It's 500 g of boiled cassava.
- It's 3 cloves of garlic, diced.
- You need 2 of large tomatoes, diced.
- It's 1 of medium size onion, thinly sliced.

- You need 1 tablespoon of parsley, finely chopped.
- It's 1 of red/green pepper, finely chopped seeds removed (skip if you don't have or sub for a pinch of cayenne pepper).

- Add coconut oil to a skillet, frying pan or cooking pot on high heat.
