- Put water in a saucepan and bring to boil. Then roll out balls from the cassava dough and place the balls in the boiling water for 3 minutes..
- Remove the balls out of the saucepan and knead again(I like to shred it out first using a fork because it is too hot) then I proceed to using your hands..
- Cut out balls from the dough and from them roll out on your working surface into round shapes(like you would your regular chapatis)..
