- Prepare 3 cups of cassava flour.
- Prepare of Scotch bunnet.
- You need of Onions.
- It's Half of cup of garri.
- You need of Seasoning.
- It's of Hot water.
Cassava cake step by step
- In a bowl sieve the cassava flour, add garri greated, onion and scotch bunnet, then seasoning and mix them.
- Add fish and hot water and combine the mixture until well smooth.
- Scoop out the mixture and flatten it with your hands, continuously until you are done.
- Add oil in a pan and start frying when the is hot, until brownish.
- Take it out of the oil and serve.
