2. Prepare of Scotch bunnet.
3. You need of Onions.
4. It's Half of cup of garri.
5. You need of Seasoning.

Cassava cake step by step

1. In a bowl sieve the cassava flour, add garri greated, onion and scotch bunnet, then seasoning and mix them.
2. Add fish and hot water and combine the mixture until well smooth.
3. Scoop out the mixture and flatten it with your hands, continuously until you are done.
4. Add oil in a pan and start frying when the is hot, until brownish.
5. Take it out of the oil and serve.
