- Prepare 1 Tbsp of Oil.
- You need 1 Cup of Paneer (Grated).

- Prepare 1/4 Tsp of Garam Masala.
- You need 3 Tbsp of Schezwan Sauce.
- You need 3 Tbsp of Tomato Ketchup.

- You need 2 of Carrots (Grated).
- You need 1 of Capsicum (Chopped).

- Take Wheat Flour in a container add oil. Add water as required and knead a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes..
- Roll thin round sheets from the dough and semi cook on both the sides. Prepare all the quesadilla bases and keep them aside..
- In a container take all the ingredients required for stuffing(paneer, cheese, onion, Capsicum, tomato ketchup, schezwan sauce, salt) and mix properly.
- Apply butter and roast quesadilla base flipping sides. Place stuffing on half portion of the crispy base..
- Slowly fold the quesadilla and roast on both the sides..
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
