- Prepare 2 cups of all purpose flour.
- It's 1 tbs of oil or clarified butter.

- Start pressing the ball into slightly thin circle with the help of greased palm. alternatively roll with a rolling pin..
- Take hot chapati tawa and place the rolled paratha.after a minuter flip off and cook the other side. once the golden brown spots start appearing on both sides grease with oil..
- Flip and roast both sides. Then crush the paratha to form layers..
- Now ready for serve. Serve hot parotta with curry or curd..
