  1. Clean the chicken wings and add the lemon juice.
  2. Take the ginger and garlic, and grind them manually using the mortar or you can also use blender.
  3. Add all the dry seasonings and mix it until it becomes fine paste.
  4. Marinate the chicken with this paste and add oyster sauce, once it's evenly distributed, cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 2-3 hours.
