1. Warm fajita meat in 10' or bigger skillet. Just heat them do not make steaming hot. Place meat in a seperate dish when done. Do not rinse skillet..
2. Take 2 medium or large tortillas. Lightly butter face down side and lighty spread sour cream on inside and place butter side down on plate..
3. Add desired amount of shredded cheese on the tortilla. Space envenly fajita meat and add some cheese on top. [The cheese keeps the quesadilla together.].
