- Cut karalas and potato in small pieces and boil it for five minutes..
- Soak chana dal for two hours and paste it..
- Make vada in small size by chana dal..
- After that keep aside the vada and pour one tbsp oil in pan..
- Fry karala and potato till brown..
- After proper frying mix ginger paste and half cup water..
- Cover the pan and let boil properly..
- When all are boiled then give vada on it..
- Cook for two minutes..
