- It's 2 cups of rice flour.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of cassava flour.
- Prepare 2 cups of water.
- You need 1 Tbsp of cumin seeds half crushed.
- You need 1 of &1/2 tsp salt.
- Prepare 1 tsp of asafetida.
- It's 3/4 tsp of soda bi carb.
- It's 1 Tbsp of sesame seeds.
- It's 1 Tbsp of crushed green chilies or according to your taste.

- Mix both the flours and add asafetida to it,,, keep aside.
- In a sauce pan add water, add cumin seeds, sesame seeds and salt and bring to boil.
- When it’s boiling first add crushed chillies and then add soda bi carb to the boiling water and add flour mixture and mix it with wooden spoon very fast,,, no lumps should be done (it’s like ugali).
- Take off the gas and remove it to a plate to cool,,, now knead this dough into smooth by taking oil in a plate and in your hand,,,.
- Shape it up, I used doughnut tray and steam this for 20 to 25 minutes,,, garnish with cilantro leaves and sprinkle chili flacks,,,serve hot with salt, chili powder and oil.
