- Prepare 2 of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts.
- Prepare 2 cup of Spiced Apple Cider.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Dried thyme.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of Dried Sage.
- It's 2 tbsp of Unsalted butter.

- Marinate chicken in apple cider for a minimum of 30 minutes. Reserve liquid..
- Heat pan over medium heat and add butter..
- Once melted, add chicken..
- With chicken in pan, season the side facing up with the thyme and sage. (At this point I also added a handful of whole cranberries to the pan, but that is entirely optional)..
- Cook chicken until a nice sear has formed and it is golden brown. Flip and cook the other side. (This time will depend on the thickness of your chicken).
- Once both sides are browned, add reserved apple cider to pan and cover. Reduce heat to medium low and allow to simmer until apple cider reduces and forms a thick sauce (about 8-10 minutes).
