  1. Prepare 3 - 5 numbers of Bread slices.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of Besan.
  3. It's 1 tablespoon of Rice flour (optional).
  4. Prepare 1 number of Onion - small.
  5. You need 2 - 3 numbers of chilly Green.
  6. Prepare 3 - 4 numbers of Coariander Leaf.
  7. Prepare 3 - 4 numbers of Curry Leaf.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. It's pinch of Chilly Red Powder.
  10. It's 1/4 - 1/2 cup of Water.
  11. It's of Oil - for deep frying.

Bread Fingers step by step

  1. Remove the bread crust and cut each bread slice into 4 pieces or even smaller cubes.
  2. In a bowl add the powders,salt,finely chopped onions,chillies and leaves.
  3. Add water to the mixture to a medium consistency. Make sure its not too watery or too thick.
  4. Heat Oil in a kadai.
  5. Dip each of the cut bread fingers to the mixture and fry them till it turns golden brown.
  6. Serve garma garam with ketchup or mint chutney.
