Ingredients of Bread Fingers
- Prepare 3 - 5 numbers of Bread slices.
- Prepare 1 cup of Besan.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Rice flour (optional).
- Prepare 1 number of Onion - small.
- You need 2 - 3 numbers of chilly Green.
- Prepare 3 - 4 numbers of Coariander Leaf.
- Prepare 3 - 4 numbers of Curry Leaf.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- It's pinch of Chilly Red Powder.
- It's 1/4 - 1/2 cup of Water.
- It's of Oil - for deep frying.
Bread Fingers step by step
- Remove the bread crust and cut each bread slice into 4 pieces or even smaller cubes.
- In a bowl add the powders,salt,finely chopped onions,chillies and leaves.
- Add water to the mixture to a medium consistency. Make sure its not too watery or too thick.
- Heat Oil in a kadai.
- Dip each of the cut bread fingers to the mixture and fry them till it turns golden brown.
- Serve garma garam with ketchup or mint chutney.
