Kerala Beef Curry step by step
- Grind together the ingredients listed under “to grind ” to a smooth paste..
- Heat 3 tblspn oil in a pressure cooker and add sliced onion.Saute till they turn light brown.Then add garlic,green chillies and curry leaves.Saute till the raw smell goes..
- Add in the masala paste and mix well.Then add the beef pieces,sprinkle enough salt.Add 1 cup water,cover and cook till the beef is done.(cooking time varies depending on the meat and also pressure cooker you are using ; adjust according to yours.I cooked it for just 3 whistles in high flame and then in low flame for 10 more mints.).
- Remove from fire and serve hot with puttu,kappa or rice..
